Loud Shirt Day has always been a big deal in the Basestation social calendar - a day when we dress up in our most eccentric tops! Underneath all the fun though is a more serious message, a call of support for all New Zealanders who access sound with cochlear implants. This prompted us to sit down and kōrero with one of our residents, Ash who has a young daughter, Emilia, who was born hard of hearing.

Meet Craig Williams, the newest member of the Basestation team. Craig has been part of our coworking community for many years and is very familiar with all the challenges of starting a business and the benefits of coworking. So, it was logical that when our esteemed leader decided to go for his “long walk” that Craig was the first choice to help cover and be Steven 2.0.
