Access to meeting rooms 

You get access to our six meeting rooms when you become a full time resident. For those who hot desk/office with us for a full day you can also access up to two hours of free meeting rooms per day. This is great if you are meeting customers or clients, jumping on a video call, conducting interviews, or running small workshops.

Fruit and snack bowl

In our two fully equipped modern kitchens we have complimentary fruit bowls with seasonal fruit and snacks - a nice energy boost for when you need a pick up!

Fully equipped kitchens for you to use

As well as complimentary teas, coffee, hot chocolate and even Milo being available in our kitchens we also provide fridges (for anyone wishing to BYO lunch), a microwave, toaster and panini maker! Next to our ground floor kitchen we have a sun soaked private covered courtyard which is perfect to have your lunch on a sunny day. 

Monthly residents shared lunch and breakfast

At Basestation we are all about community - what better way to meet your fellow residents than over some shared food/kai! Once a month Basestation provides a shared lunch and breakfast with kai from local cafes and suppliers for our residents to enjoy.

Safe Space Alliance

We are committed to creating a safe space where LGBTQI+ communities can freely express themselves without fear. It is a space that does not tolerate violence, bullying, or hate speech towards LGBTQI+ communities. If you want to learn more about this, have a read of the blog on this topic.

Secure bike parking 

To encourage and support our residents who do not wish to drive a car to work we provide a safe and secure space for them to park their bikes and electric scooters in our garage.

Shower with complimentary towel and toiletries

If you chose to cycle, jog or workout at the gym before getting to the office, you can use our shower to freshen up. We provide complimentary towels and toiletries so you don't need to worry about packing them in your bag.

Signage 

We offer a range of signage for our residents including:

• Digital signage on our ground floor
• Printed signage in our reception space (which is shared with Folk)
• Signage on our street front exterior windows
• If you rent an office from us, we will put branding and signage on your office door. 

Condiments galore

We provide a selection of savory and sweet spreads. Perfect for breakfast or a mid-afternoon snack - all you need to do is BYO your own bread, rice crackers, etc!

Virtual mailing box 

Useful for any start up or small business. You can use our PO Box or physical address to receive mail.

Wi-Fi

All our residents, hot desk users and customers (and their guests) using rmeeting room or event space hire can access free high speed Wi-Fi for the day. 

24/7 access for residents

We understand that sometimes deadlines loom and you have to work beyond the usual hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, therefore our permanent residents have 24/7 access to the building and their space. If you need to work the odd weekend or have a call with Tokyo at 11pm, you can do it securely and conveniently from the comfort of Basestation!
